Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient care in a busy CVOR setting, ensuring high-quality clinical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
- Administer medications and monitor patients using GE Carescape Monitoring systems.
- Assist with procedures including large-bore IV starts and central line placements.
- Prepare patients for surgery, including induction/intubation assistance and skin preparation.
- Document patient information accurately using Cerner systems.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience with critical care and pre-operative nursing.
- Proficient in GE Carescape Monitoring and Cerner documentation systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and exercise critical thinking skills.
