Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Electrophysiology (EP) Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the environment, assess patients, and review safety checklists during EP procedures.
• Monitor patients during cardiac electrical impulse procedures with precision and care.
• Deliver direct care and support to patients undergoing complex electrophysiology testing and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document patient responses accurately.
• Assist in emergency management and procedural sedation, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Electrophysiology (EP) experience in a busy EP Lab.
• Must hold current certifications in BLS and ACLS from AHA; RCES certification preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and GE Healthcare charting systems is required.
• Ability to participate in on-call scheduling; 2 call days a week and holiday call required.
• Expertise in interpreting and managing complex dysrhythmias and cardiac mapping.
• Demonstrated proficiency in procedural sedation administration and monitoring.
