Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Dialysis to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide dialysis treatments for acute patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patients during dialysis sessions for adverse reactions and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as required.
- Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Idaho.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute dialysis care experience.
- Capable of working flexible shifts, including every other weekend.
- Proficient in using dialysis machines and monitoring systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Required to wear Navy or Caribbean Blue scrubs.
