Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging CT Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate CT imaging equipment to conduct scans and produce diagnostic images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist in developing and implementing protocols for new procedures and techniques.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to evaluate data and provide a diagnosis.
- Self-schedule based on seniority; open to all shift times.
- Meet unit needs for weekends; some holiday coverage required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist.
- Certifications required: BLS, ARRT, CA CRT, and CT certification.
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Familiarity with using Epic charting systems.
- Ability to perform specialized procedures with and without contrast.
- Demonstrated understanding of radiation safety and isolation precautions.
