Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to BMT/Oncology patients including administering chemotherapy and managing IV infusions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed.
Float between BMT/Onc and Cellular Therapies Units as needed based on staffing requirements.
Support flexible nurse-to-patient ratios and adapt to varying staffing levels.
Maintain knowledge of Epic charting system and accurate medical record documentation.

Qualifications

Valid AHA BLS, CO or Compact RN License, and ONC certification required.
Minimum 2 years of acute care BMT/Heme and chemotherapy administration experience.
Experience in managing flexible patient ratios and floating between units.
Expertise in Epic charting system and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to work weekends as needed per unit requirements.
