Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient assessment in an outpatient setting.
- Evaluate and interpret laboratory results for appropriate care.
- Perform medication reconciliation and manage patient health histories.
- Conduct dressing changes and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays.
- Perform venipuncture/phlebotomy and manage specimen labeling.
- Assist in telephone triage, follow-up calls, and pharmacy refill requests.
Qualifications
- Current CA RN License and AHA BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in neurosurgical nursing.
- Proven ability to float to other UCSF facilities as necessary.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in Neurosurgery and Orthopaedic/Neuro Spine Nursing Certification.
- Experience with charting systems such as Epic is necessary.
- BSN degree required for this position.
