Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services.
Perform case management and discharge planning for pediatric patients.
Utilize Epic EMR system for accurate patient documentation and management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
Participate in continued stay reviews and medical necessity determinations using evidence-based guidelines.
Float as needed within case management services to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

Active Alaska RN license required.
Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital experience.
Pediatric case management experience required.
Proficiency in Epic EMR system required.
ACM certification preferred, but not required.
Weekend availability required to meet department needs.
