Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients in a high-risk labor and delivery unit.
Manage and support up to 14 patients, including inductions and high-risk antepartum care.
Assist with OB Triage, including testing for third trimester patients.
Handle emergency situations with confidence and expertise, ensuring patient safety.
Participate in interdisciplinary care and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Document patient information concisely and accurately using Epic.

Qualifications

Active AK RN license required at the time of submission.
Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, and NRP certifications required.
Proficient in Epic charting system.
Charge experience preferred or willingness to train.
Ability to maintain call-free availability and work every other weekend.
