Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures including TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, MitraClip, and angioplasties.
• Support STEMI and stroke interventions in a specialized cardiac laboratory environment.
• Maintain and ensure a sterile field during procedures, preparing and setting up relevant equipment.
• Provide hemodynamic monitoring and support during cardiac catheterization and thrombectomy procedures.
• Facilitate post-procedure care, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and equipment is in place.
• Participate in a rotational call schedule, providing weekend and holiday coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS, and state license with fluoro permit.
• Experience with stroke and interventional radiology procedures preferred.
• Willingness to float between lab specialties to meet clinical needs.
• Familiarity with Epic charting and procedural documentation.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with a commitment to patient care.
