Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring in a telemetry unit.
- Collaborate with charge nurses, LNA, and other team members to manage unit operations.
- Administer medications and operate medical equipment such as Alaris Pumps and EKG machines.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management in Meditech Expanse EMR system.
- Handle various surgical and cardiac conditions, including wound care management.
- Adapt to hospital needs, possibly floating to Med-Surg or similar units.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting required.
- Active RN license required at submission.
- ACLS and BLS certified.
- Proficiency in telemetry required.
- Experience with surgical bariatrics and cardiac care preferred.
- Flexibility to float to different units as needed.
