Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
• Serve as charge nurse with capability to manage the department and patient loads as required.
• Maintain patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1, ensuring exceptional care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
• Administer medications and perform urgent care procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing; compact license required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse in an Emergency Room.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC.
• Strong skills in triage and handling diverse emergencies.
• Ability to work weekends and block schedules, as needed.
