Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a progressive care environment.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, including drips such as Heparin and Amiodarone.
- Manage chest tube and wound vac systems.
- Perform EKGs and monitor telemetry.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care strategies.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of one year experience in a PCU/ICU setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac care and drips preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Meditech documentation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
