Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical team by scrubbing in and assisting with various procedures, with a focus on ortho and robotics.
• Prepare and maintain operating room environments in adherence to facility protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure successful surgical outcomes.
• Manage and rotate through charge duties as needed, maintaining composure and leadership.
• Participate in on-call rotations, responding within the required 30-minute time frame.
• Document procedures and patient responses using the Epic EMR system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with 2-3 years of OR experience, including previous travel assignments.
• Proficient in EPIC charting system with strong documentation skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required, PALS preferred.
• Ability to manage diverse surgical cases, including trauma and emergent procedures.
• Flexibility with varied shift times and willingness to participate in charge and on-call rotations.
• Experience in robotics and ortho specialty is required.
