Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage in care coordination for neuro and cardiac patients in a comprehensive stroke center.
• Facilitate patient care through needs assessment and discharge planning.
• Utilize Epic charting system for accurate and efficient documentation.
• Respond to rapidly changing situations and float between campuses as required.
• Ensure minimum weekend coverage by working two weekends per month.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and respiratory services.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in inpatient/acute care and case management.
• First-time travelers are welcome.
• BLS certification required; Epic experience highly preferred.
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 18-25 during shifts.
• Two professional references covering the past year are mandatory.
