Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for 28-bed unit with a focus on cardiac patients.
• Manage patient loads with an average nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-7.
• Administer and titrate drips such as insulin, heparin, nitro, and more.
• Collaborate with tele techs for patient monitoring and ensure rhythm capture.
• Engage in block scheduling while accommodating unit needs.
• Float within the Med/Surg cluster as needed, maintaining flexible patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least one year of Tele, IMC/Stepdown experience.
• Certifications in BLS and NIHSS required, experience with cardiac patients preferred.
• Proven experience in administering and managing titratable drips.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential for collaborative care.
• Experience with Cerner charting system; previous travel nursing a plus.
• Ability to float to different units as per facility requirements.
