Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
Utilize treatment techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records using ReDoc/NetHealth and MedHost systems.
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico or pending licensure.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Active BLS certification is required.
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including one Saturday per month in a hospital setting.
Proficiency with EMR systems including ReDoc/NetHealth, MedHost.
Ability to pass fingerprinting requirements for New Mexico travel assignments.
