Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies efficiently.
• Administer medications, including titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips.
• Manage central lines and provide care for ventilated patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety precautions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting and documentation.
• Skilled in cardiac monitoring and emergency response.
• Experience with IV therapy and managing complex patients.
