Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy services at an outpatient clinic, primarily focusing on inpatient needs.
Develop and implement individual treatment plans to promote mobility and reduce pain.
Collaborate with patients to manage and improve their physical health and wellness.
Utilize ReDoc/NetHealth and MedHost EMR systems for patient documentation.
Work a scheduled shift of Mon-Thurs, 8a-6p, and Fri, 8a-12p with one Saturday/month at the hospital.
Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.

Qualifications

State licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Proven experience in developing and managing physical therapy treatment plans.
Pending NM state licensure accepted if proof included with application.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule effectively.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
