Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including stent placement, PCI, and balloon angioplasty.
Assist in right and left heart catheterization and manage complex cardiovascular procedures.
Scrub and maintain a sterile field during procedures to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.
Operate specialized equipment such as the Rotablader and ACIST devices for complex cardiology interventions.
Participate in call rotation, including weekday night shifts and weekend call as required.
Work collaboratively within a high-paced team environment to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a cardiac cath or interventional lab setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; certification in either CCI RCIS or ARRT is necessary.
Must hold an MD state license if possessing ARRT certification.
Completion of at least one previous travel assignment is mandatory.
Proficiency with Cerner and experience as room circulator preferred.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to function in a high-pressure environment.
