Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in labor and delivery settings, including high-risk obstetric patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient assessment and care planning.
• Administer medications and manage labor and delivery equipment.
• Support postpartum care and assist with discharge education for new parents.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the Epic charting system.
• Float as necessary to meet facility needs while maintaining the highest care standards.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required; pending license not accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience essential.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and AWHONN Intermediate required.
• Experience with Epic or similar electronic health records systems.
• Ability to work night shifts and some weekends as needed.
• Strong skills in neonatal and postpartum care and patient education.
