Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care in the operating room for pediatric patients.
• Circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Support surgical team by scrubbing as a professional skill set.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using approved charting systems.
• Monitor patient statuses and coordinate post-operative care plans.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team and support staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California RN License.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience with pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to circulate; scrubbing experience is advantageous.
• Reliable participation in weekend night shift rotations.
• Competency in communicating with families and multi-disciplinary teams.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
