Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical nursing care for patients undergoing operations.
• Monitor patient vitals and assist surgical team during procedures.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
• Float to different units as required, maintaining adaptable care standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of California.
• Minimum of 1 year operating room experience required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Adequate knowledge and experience with surgical procedures and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for patient and team interactions.
