Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech - Cardiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare the catheterization lab and operate essential equipment, including fluoro imaging and digital image acquisition.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and hemodynamic measurements while maintaining aseptic technique.
Collaborate actively with the medical team to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
Serve as the radiation safety representative during X-ray usage.
Participate in daily room checks and supply stocking to support procedure readiness.
Support and anticipate the needs of the physician to ensure patient safety during procedures.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an equivalent healthcare-related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
0-1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Current BLS certification required (AHA only); ACLS and PALS certifications required (AHA only).
One of the following certifications is preferred: RCIS, RCES, RCS, or ARRT certifications.
State Licensure required based on modality- Texas: MRT or LMRT by TMB.
Must have electrophysiology experience.
