Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments or providing needed items.
• Monitor patient condition throughout surgical procedures and report any changes.
• Handle emergency situations effectively and in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
• Maintain meticulous records of procedures, treatments, and patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operating rooms, with previous travel assignments.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in orthopedic procedures and robotics (e.g., Davinci, Rosa) required.
• Proficient with Epic EMR for documentation and reporting.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts, including on-call rotation and weekends.
