Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Set up and maintain sterile procedure rooms and equipment.
- Monitor patient hemodynamic status during procedures.
- Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias promptly.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule with team.
- Adhere to infection control and isolation precautions at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech required.
- Certification requirements: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, RCIS.
- Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in procedures such as Cardiac Stent Placement and PCI.
- Comfortable working with adult and geriatric patient populations.
- Ability to work 2-3 weekends per contract period.
