Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent and expert sterile vaginal exams without supervision.
• Utilize EPIC charting systems proficiently for patient documentation.
• Work collaboratively with mother-baby units when required.
• Ensure compliance with AWHONN guidelines and standards.
• Maintain flexibility to meet scheduling needs, including weekend shifts.
• Provide high-quality care, adhering to a patient ratio of 1:2.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery; 1.5 years may be considered with relevant experience.
• AWHONN Advanced certification required.
• ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC or similar charting system.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform complex examinations.
