Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Pediatric Case Manager RN to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage length of stay and complex discharge planning in Acute Care, ICU, rehab, and ER settings.
• Coordinate care with a focus on reducing readmissions and improving safety and quality for pediatric patients.
• Engage in community outreach and collaborate effectively with care teams.
• Utilize skills in case management to serve complex children and families, with a focus on utilization review.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and maintain comprehensive patient documentation.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN License or willingness to apply upon offer; Compact RN licenses accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Case Management with pediatric focus preferred.
• BLS and PALS certifications required; BSN preferred, MSN or related health degree a plus.
• Previous experience in children's hospitals and managing complex pediatric cases is preferred.
• Experience with Vents and exposure to community-clinic settings beneficial.
• Highly flexible and adaptable, with strong communication and organizational skills.
