Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PACU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery care in both inpatient and outpatient PACU settings.
Collaborate with charge nurses and other healthcare staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in call rotations, including weekend and holiday coverage, as per department requirements.
Administer medications and treatments as indicated by patient condition and physician directives.
Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with healthcare standards using Sunrise EMR.
Float between inpatient, outpatient, Surgery Center, and Anesthesia Clinic as needed.

Qualifications

Active RN license and ability to obtain licensure in West Virginia.
Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips.
Experience working with ventilators and collaboration with respiratory therapists.
Flexibility to work varied shifts and take call as required by department needs.
Two to three shifts of floor-specific orientation is required.
