Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to a diverse group of patients within the Medical Surgical unit.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient treatment plans and care coordination.
Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and symptom progression.
Ensure accurate charting and documentation in the electronic medical records system.
Implement care plans and physician orders while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning to enhance continuity of care.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license.
BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications required.
Proven experience in a Medical Surgical setting is preferred.
Ability to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations.
Familiarity with remote telemetry monitoring.
Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
