Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform circulating and scrub duties in operating room as required.
• Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate with surgical team and support staff for efficient procedure flow.
• Assist in the preparation of operating rooms with surgical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure accurate patient records, including updating and verifying charting in Epic.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient assessments.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 5 years of operating room experience required.
• Experience with SCRUB and circulating roles in surgical settings.
• Certifications in ACLS and BCLS required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to float to Main OR as needed.
