Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients requiring cardiovascular operating room services.
• Perform preoperative and postoperative assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and conduct follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to execute complex cardiac procedures, including CABG and TAVR.
• Maintain infection prevention protocols and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide essential CVOR services as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered California RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience required.
• Certifications in BCLS and ACLS required.
• Proficient in EPIC charting system and other relevant hospital software.
• Strong understanding of universal safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Flexibility in working various shifts, including call and weekends.
