Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document pre-operative and post-operative assessments.
• Ensure patient preparedness by reviewing consents, allergies, and history.
• Assist in surgical procedures by providing necessary materials and instruments.
• Monitor patient conditions during surgery and report findings to the surgical team.
• Manage and restock surgical supplies and equipment between procedures.
• Conduct post-procedure evaluations and prepare case documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Certification in ACLS and BLS.
• Proficient with EPIC systems.
• Ability to float between similar units as needed.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
