Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide patient care within a 1:3 patient-to-nurse ratio.
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure all equipment is operational.
- Document accurately in Meditech and Mac Lab systems.
- Assist with LHC, RHC, peripherals, structural heart, and EP procedures.
- Respond to on-call duties as scheduled for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Collaborate with a team of 30 staff members, including RNs and CVTs.
Qualifications
- Current RN license and certification in ACLS.
- Certification in BLS.
- Proven cath lab experience is required.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Phillips and GE equipment in a cath lab setting.
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts and every other weekend.
