Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.
• Execute fine needle aspirations and stereotactic biopsies as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using preferred charting systems such as Epic.
• Ensure radiation safety and universal precautions are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with radiology team members and support staff to optimize patient care delivery.
• Educate patients on procedure steps and manage patient flow efficiently in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CA state license is required.
• ARRT M and ARRT R certifications are mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficient in digital and 3-D mammography techniques.
• Experience with Hologic 3D systems is highly desirable.
• Must be willing to work Saturdays and during major holidays as needed.
