Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Mother Baby to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide couplet care for post-partum patients, including routine assessments and interventions.
• Administer CPAP/BiPAP, blood products, and other critical interventions as needed.
• Monitor and manage patients in the transition nursery and assist in low risk antepartum care.
• Participate in deliveries and provide support to NICU or labor and delivery units when required.
• Use and manage specialized equipment, including epidural pumps and syringe pumps.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a related field.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Prior experience with post-operative and OB-GYN care is necessary.
• Ability to float to NICU or labor and delivery as needed.
• Experience with cooling/warming blankets and administering magnesium sulfate.
• Ability to work weekends and meet staffing needs as required.
