Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor cardiac and respiratory status, including ventilated patients.
• Administer IV therapies and titrate cardiac drips per protocol.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection prevention measures.
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license to practice in the state of Missouri.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications; NIHSS preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system required.
• Cardiac monitoring and emergency response proficiency.
• Ability to manage care of ventilated patients and titrate drips.
