Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients to improve mobility and function.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs.
Adapt treatment plans based on the evolving needs and feedback from patients.

Qualifications

Current WA state Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
Experience with charting systems, preferably Epic.
BLS Certification is required.
Strong skills in managing cases such as post-op shoulder and spinal surgeries.
Proficiency in developing and implementing home exercise programs.
