Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and positive experience for patients.
• Perform sterile vaginal exams and assist with high-risk deliveries.
• Circulate during cesarean sections and other obstetric procedures.
• Maintain accurate charting using the Epic system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide effective interdisciplinary care.
• Stay informed of current labor and delivery practices to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN License required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in labor and delivery in a large hospital setting.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate (AWHONN Advanced preferred).
• Ability to circulate for C-sections and perform sterile vaginal exams.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
