Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile vaginal exams and triage independently without supervision.
• Demonstrate expert experience in labor and delivery care.
• Utilize EPIC for electronic medical record charting effectively.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Float to mother-baby units as required by the facility.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, to meet unit needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience preferred.
• AWHONN Advanced, ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle high-stress situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Meditech charting system.
