Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced care for neonates in the NICU, including patients with CPAP/HFNC/RAM.
Handle a patient ratio of 1:3 in the stepdown NICU unit.
Utilize telemetry to monitor and support vulnerable infants effectively.
Administer IV drugs, blood products, and manage central lines.
Support breastfeeding mothers and manage neonatal nutrition needs.
Ensure compliance with isolation precautions and perform neonatal sepsis work-ups.

Qualifications

Current RN license with required BLS and NRP certifications.
Minimum 3 years NICU experience with expertise in Neonatal II and III skills.
Proficiency in using Cerner for charting and documentation.
Strong skills in administering anti-seizure medications and antiviral therapies.
Experience in patient/family education and developmental care.
Proven ability to manage IV therapy and neonatal dosage calculations.
