Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Assist surgeons during cardiac procedures such as CABG, valve replacements, and TEVARS.
• Utilize advanced equipment including the Davinci Robot XI.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech.
• Coordinate and communicate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all facility guidelines, policies, and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in both General OR and cardiac nursing.
• Proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures and equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
