Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and multitask effectively in dynamic environments.
