Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN specializing in Wound Care to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care consultation and recommendations for inpatient settings.
• Perform new ostomy teaching and manage complex wound vacs and fistulas.
• Independently assess and document wound conditions and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan effective care strategies.
• Utilize the Expanse documentation system for patient records and reports.
• Maintain adherence to hospital policies and certifications, including WOCN standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Must possess WOCN certification.
• Experience in wound care with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records, specifically Expanse.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
