Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting.
- Utilize EPIC for patient charting and documentation.
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and labor management.
- Implement and adhere to baby-friendly protocols.
- Participate in patient discharge teaching and postpartum care.
- Float between units as "Helping Hands" as required.
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
- BLS and NRP certifications are required; STABLE, AWHONN, and ACLS are preferred.
- Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
- Understanding of antepartum and postpartum care necessary.
- Ability to work every third weekend and one holiday as required.
