Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a 29-bed ICU unit with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Manage ventilators, interpret ABGs, and titrate vasoactive drips as required.
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team on intubations, central line placements, and other bedside procedures.
• Document care accurately using the Meditech system while ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Rotate shifts involving every other weekend and provide on-call support when needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
• Competency in critical care nursing, including vent management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Experience with Aleris pumps, GE monitors, and cardio support devices such as ECMO.
• Adaptability to float between ICU, ED, and step-down units as per the hospital's needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to adhere to hospital's dress code policy of navy blue scrubs.
