Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pre-and postoperative care for surgical patients in the Operating Room.
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all interventions and observations.
• Coordinate with surgical team members to ensure efficient room turnover and patient flow.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required, including primary and secondary weekday and weekend calls.
• Support interdisciplinary team members, including respiratory services and radiology, to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license in good standing and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience with specific expertise in ortho/joint procedures.
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi robotics and other OR equipment preferred.
• Flexible with scheduling and ability to accommodate call rotation as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential for high-pressure environment.
• Understanding of electronic charting systems, such as Epic, preferred.
