Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients, including antepartum and postpartum care.
• Monitor fetal heart rates, IV therapy, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Perform triage assessments and coordinate care for obstetrical patients.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and C-sections as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the state board of nursing.
• BLS, FHM, and NRP certifications required; AWHONN advanced preferred.
• At least one year of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Proven ability to manage low-risk and high-risk pregnancies in a Level 1 LDRP setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
