Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Utilize the Cerner charting system effectively for patient documentation.
• Operate under the cancellation policy allowing up to 12 hours every 13 weeks.
• Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory standards and procedures.
• Maintain proficiency in trauma response and patient stabilization techniques.
• Work collaboratively with the ER team to manage weekend night shifts, 1830-0700.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license for the state of Wisconsin.
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC.
• Experience in an acute ER setting preferred.
• Ability to work Friday - Sunday weekend night shifts.
• Proficient in using the Cerner charting system.
• Commitment to maintaining patient safety and complying with acute care facility policies.
