Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care based on established standards in an emergency room environment.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer emergency treatments and medications as necessary.
- Monitor and report the patient’s response to therapies.
- Ensure proper documentation and use of the charting system EPIC.
- Float within designated ER zone as required, ensuring effective collaboration across facilities.
Qualifications
- Active RN license with the ability to submit credentials.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS.
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips independently.
- Experience with common ER diagnoses and treatments.
- Willingness to float within Zone 1 facilities as needed.
