Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer care to patients with varying needs in a Level 3 Trauma Center.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC charting system.
• Float between ER zones as needed per facility requirements.
• Provide patient care in compliance with all facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in 12-hour rotating shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting tele readings with no monitor tech assistance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
